This is accomplished through the forecasting of rental income schedules, holding costs, calculating the payback period so you know how many years it will take to recover your initial investment, as well as doing comparative market analysis. This ensures the highest and best use of your capital, keeping in line with your goals and objectives.

A certificate in construction estimation and hands-on experience as a project manager allows her to walk through a property and give you a realistic estimate of how much it will take in improvement costs to make the property rentable, livable, and or resalable for the highest possible return. Brittney has always had a passion for Real Estate investments; she is an avid Real Estate investor herself and grew up watching her parents flip properties in the Bay Area. With a background in Corporate Finance, she posses a high level of understanding investments as they pertain to Real Estate Portfolios. Before becoming a Real Estate Broker, Brittney worked for a Commercial Real Estate Developer performing acquisitions and due diligence. She holds a BBA in Finance from Howard University.
