We are available to assist owners with leasing and placement of resident referrals for your properties without a commitment for ongoing property management services. We offer marketing and resident screening that is designed to obtain the ideal resident for our clients.

Fee Schedule
Our property management and leasing fees are some of the most competitive in the industry, while maintaining and unmatched level of client and tenant care.

Fee schedule is as follows:

  • Property Management: 5% of Monthly Rent ($50 monthly minimum)
  • Leasing Service: Please call for details
